Wonderful class today full of amazing and hard working members. We even had a special guest, Wanda the owner of World Gym, decided she was gonna workout with the All Stars. A pleasure as always see you guys Monday.

Hey guys there will be NO CLASS on Monday due to the mall not opening doors until 10 am because of air conditioning problems. We will however see you Monday night at 530👊🏼

Today’s class was definitely one for the books. Glad to see everyone that showed up for our 4th of July Cross training class and we missed all of those who couldn’t make it! We also had a neat surprise, Captain America showed up today👊🏼
