This is what I do as Thepilateswhisperer - work with new as well as experienced Pilates instructors, teaching Balanced Body, Inc. Pilates Instructor Training modules and Mentoring sessions. Had the pleasure of taking Yeni through a Level 3 Reformer private mentor hour. Her ongoing practice and diligence shows in her movement quality. Learning to understand the foundational exercises, the progression, and the why is so important to learning to teach.

Most think that all I do as Thepilateswhisperer is to teach Balanced Body, Inc. Pilates Instructor Training modules two to three times monthly on weekends. There is way more behind the scenes. During week days I conduct Reformer and Comprehensive Test outs, test out prep meetings online, mentor instructors new and experienced, provide consulting with studio owners from small boutique, home, or larger facilities around the U.S., conduct onsite Pilates and CoreAlign trainings and workshops at locations in the southeast as well as beyond, in addition to trainings here in Palm Harbor, and assist instructors in finding teaching positions.
