Come Support Small Businesses Contour Fitness is a 24 Hour Functional and Sports Specific Facility that offers everything from our NEW 24 HOUR ACCESS, Group Training, Massage, Kids Club, and a Smoothie Bar. Any style of training you can imagine you can do. Our Facility is equipped with Cardio Machines, Cable Systems, Free Weights, Dumbbells up to 100lbs, Turf & Sleds, Punching Bags, and a complete Olympic Rig System with Bumpers. All new accessories to include mats, foam rollers, bands, stability balls, med balls, slam balls, wall balls, bosu balls, and so much more! Contour Fitness also conducts group classes to include Boot Camps, Speed and Agility classes, HIIT classes, Yoga, and adding more as we speak. Classes are both AM and PM for those going to work or after a hard day at work. .These classes are for all age groups and condition levels. The purpose of these classes is to have fun while getting a effective workout. Classes are run both inside and out through the year depending on weather. Our outdoor class is a lot of fun using everything from battle ropes, tires, sledge hammers, bands, medicine balls, slam balls, and so much more. You name it and we have it. Come try one of our classes for free on us!! Need to SHOWER, we have Full Locker Rooms with Showers. So get your workout in then make your home or to work.
