Amazing performance for our team this weekend at the ADCC LA Open and West Coast Trials.

Our kids take 🥈overall in the team standings. Our adults scrapped it out at the open bringing home one gold. 🥇

Big thank you to all the parents of our competitors. This isn’t possible without you guys. 🙏

And a huge shout out to our kids coaches who lead by example and competed at the trials. The kids result is a direct representation of your hard work and commitment to the program.

New mats have been installed and we are asking all coaches and students to follow these rules.

• No wrestling shoes
• No t-shirts or basketball shorts
• Dry fit rashguards and board shorts only
• No zippers or pockets
• Light spray when cleaning the mats

This Thursday night we are hosting our monthly All Women’s Class. This class is free and open to any female who wants to come and train. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone with zero experience. Come in and have some fun at this all female class!

Appreciate all of our kids and their parents for having the dedication to make the trip from Palmdale to Long Beach so the kids can compete. This was an amazing day. Kids fought hard and came home with a few medals and few lessons. 💪🏼

Our kids went to ADCC Open SD 2026 and brought home some hardware! All the kids fought extremely hard and gained tons of experience at the toughest nogi tournament on the planet.
