Join us this Thursday at 6pm to celebrate the one year anniversary of our women’s class! This class is free to anyone who wants to attend so spread the word and bring a friend!

Amazing performance for our team this weekend at the ADCC LA Open and West Coast Trials.

Our kids take 🥈overall in the team standings. Our adults scrapped it out at the open bringing home one gold. 🥇

Big thank you to all the parents of our competitors. This isn’t possible without you guys. 🙏

And a huge shout out to our kids coaches who lead by example and competed at the trials. The kids result is a direct representation of your hard work and commitment to the program.

New mats have been installed and we are asking all coaches and students to follow these rules.

• No wrestling shoes
• No t-shirts or basketball shorts
• Dry fit rashguards and board shorts only
• No zippers or pockets
• Light spray when cleaning the mats

We sent 19 competitors to ADCC Open Phoenix, Grappling X Westlake Village and JJWLSan Diego this weekend and came home with 15 medals. 🫡🫡🫡
