Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸
Today wasn’t about PRs or finishing first. It was about honoring the sacrifice of those who gave everything for our freedom.
Proud of every single person who showed up, pushed through the miles, reps, sweat, and struggle together. The energy, support, and community today was something special. Thank you to everyone who came out and took on Murph with us.

Hosted the Acid Athletics workout today and it did not disappoint. Tough enough to push you, doable enough to keep moving, and the energy in the gym was unreal.
Instead of podium winners, we switched it up and did a raffle style giveaway. Complete the workout, earn a ticket, and everyone had a shot. That’s what community is about.
Big thank you to everyone who showed up, worked hard, and made this event a blast.
