We have sessions available daily for up to 50 min. Mornings and evenings. 💧

Drop in for $28, or our unlimited fitness and recovery membership includes sauna sessions. Add more on at a discounted rate.

Instructional guidance every class. Semi private so it’s like a 1:1 with the energy of a group. All levels welcomed with modifications available as needed.
