We have a lot of projects we’ve been working on this summer… but the biggest has been the addition of this row of barns and beautiful paddocks.
We have artists coming to paint murals on them all… today the last one in this row in place, metal roofing installed, primed and (mostly) painted and our line being complete was just the most fantastic feeling.
Once the art crew has finished and we’ve applied a clear coat, paddock fencing can be put in place.
Our goal, like every fall, is to have the Farm ready for the Halloween event.
This year it will be Friday the 30th from 5-10 for bigger kids and adults and family fun all day Saturday the 31st from 11 am to 8 pm and Sunday November 1 from noon to 6 pm. As always the arena will house food trucks and the pavilion and barnyard will have many vendors in addition to the horse and pony rides, Haunted trailer, games, maze, spooky forest and more. And this year, voting for the best barn scene!!!!
We are so excited to welcome our community once again for this annual event!

Attention Artists!

Contest time!
We built 6 new barns and only had time to decorate 1.
So 5 are in need of some life, attitude, attention, stand out fun artwork… what ever you want to call it!
We had ideas for themes, but now we want to leave it to you. Our farm family, farm supporters and community.
Pick one and paint your own idea.
They all have primer and base coat and all but one has a face color already. (Hopefully if the rain stops we will get it a face tomorrow)
We would like to have them complete and ready for voting by the Halloween event which runs Oct 30 and 31st and November 1!
$150 visa gift card to the winner and $50 visa gift card to the runner up.

Attention Special needs parents and caregivers.
Though we do offer lessons to our amazing youth and adults with particular needs… many we refer to Silver Legacy Stables just a few miles away.
Our mounting station is really only safe for students able to step into a stirrup and sit up with out assistance.
We know many of you have met our amazing ambassadors with unique needs around the Farm and we will continue to welcome them and many more, but, please be advised for non-ambulatory riders, we are just not safely set up to handle you/them in the way we think is necessary.
