Bang Muay Thai Palmer Alaska Duane "Bang" Ludwig created The Bang Muay Thai system which is a hybrid style of martial arts that use Women's Muay Thai 6:00pm - 7:00pm.

Our class schedule:
(Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Middle school 4:00pm-5:00pm
Elementary kids 5:00pm - 6:00pm. Co-ed adults Muay Thai 7:00pm - 8:00pm. (Saturdays) Advanced Class (Yellow belts & up) 7:30am-9:00am

When people hear sparring they think how many times can I hit my opponent without getting hit. A lot of parents think sparring is just light fighting.

It is more than that.

We came across a video and it talked about how sparring gives us the opportunity to problem solve under pressure.

This is something all parents want for their kids. We want our kids to be able to solve problems efficiently and effectively under pressure.

When kids are met with obstacles to solve under pressure in a controlled environment students not only learn how to solve problems, but they learn how to manage their emotions and become acquainted with pressure.

Pressure is no longer a foreign or traumatic event but normal.
