We are still focusing on quality seafood. However we do have a wider variety of options for those who are not seafood lovers. The original incarnation of the Crab Trap began in a little thatched-roofed restaurant at a marina on the tip of Snead Island in 1972 appropriately named the Sea Hut. Eight years later with business outgrowing capacity, we moved locations, expanded our menu and changed our

name to the Crab Trap. The Crab Trap story carries on as we take a look back at our roots, with exciting changes to come, including a change back to our old name, the Sea Hut, in the near future. Inspired by family recipes brought down from the Chesapeake Bay area in Maryland, our menu features an impressive selection of FRESH fish, shrimp, lobster, and crab. We'd like to think it's the perfect place to bring your friends and family
