We are proud to be celebrating our 42nd year of the Crosthwait Memorial Fishing Tournament in 2026! Professional Guides and amateur fisherman may participate!
We are the oldest multi species tournament on the West coast of Florida! Originating in 1983, the tournament serves a tribute to Colonel Sam Crosthwait, in recognition of his passion for his high moralistic ideals and love for the distinct camaraderie that surrounds the unique sport of angling. 🎣💗 The Vicki Uselton Memorial Award 💗🎣
One of the most meaningful traditions of the Crosthwait Memorial Fishing Tournament is honoring the life and legacy of Vicki B. Uselton through this special memorial award.
Vicki was a dedicated volunteer, community advocate, tournament committee member, and passionate supporter of the next generation of anglers. Her kindness, generosity, and love for time spent on the water with family and friends continue to leave a lasting impact on our tournament family.
This year’s Vicki Uselton Memorial Award was presented to Dylan Engle for catching a 35-inch snook in the Junior Division! 🐟👏
(With a tie on length, the winner was determined by who caught it first.)
The award also included a $500 cash prize, generously presented by the Uselton Family in Vicki’s memory.
We are proud to continue celebrating Vicki’s legacy and the young anglers who embody the spirit she loved so much. 💕🎣
