It is that time of year again! We are hiring both permanent and seasonal drivers and helpers for our Peak Delivery season. We even have opportunities for those that wish to deliver out of their personal vehicles full or part time. White Sands Delivery, Inc. operates out of the Palmetto, FL and Punta Gorda, FL terminals. OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IN PALMETTO, FL AND PUNTA GORDA, FL
DELIVERY DRIVER BENEFITS & OPPORTUNITES:
• Earning potential up to $1200 per week
• Health Insurance after 90 days

• $500 sign-on bonus payable after 60 days

• Ability to work 4-6 days per week. Every driver is expected to work at least 1 weekend day or alternating weekends

DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Finish loading a company-owned delivery vehicle at the FedEx Ground terminal
• Safely and accurately complete all deliveries & pick-ups
• Participate in corporate safety program
DELIVERY DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Physically fit - THIS IS A FAST PACED AND PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB. Must be capable of safely delivering packages weighing up to 150lbs as well as safely climbing in and out of the delivery vehicle many times a day.
• Mentally fit - capable of following a routed work area and ensuring safe & accurate delivery of every package on the vehicle
• Delivery driver candidate must be least 21 years of age
• Valid driver license required
• CDL Holders discouraged - no CDL required
DELIVERY DRIVER PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENINGS:
• Criminal & MVR background check
• Drug Test
• DOT medical certification
