There’s not many gyms where you get to take up two squat racks and floor space, so I get excited when I do so. I have my client performing good mornings, bench press, and Bulgarian split squats which is part of his Day 2 workout. It’s rare that I have someone do good mornings, but it fits well into his program. The Bulgarian split squats are done with the foot on a Bulgarian bag, HA!🤓.
