Cleaned up and ready for training! Rearranged the floor space some. As always, please do your part to keep it organized. Put stuff back where you found it and always try and leave the space looking better than it was when you arrived. Happy holidays everybody and one more thank you to all the athletes, spectators and volunteers that made this weekend a success!!

Here is the tentative schedule for the meet. We have a lot of USAW Ladies and they will be split into two sessions. Non USAW male and females will be grouped into the same session. The final schedule will be released this weekend after registration closes and everyone fills out their google form information. This Friday is the last day to register. Keep spreading the word. Good luck to everyone and can’t wait to have you all slamming some bars!
