Had an hour before my kids trip this morning and decided to throw my new topwaters from 850Baits .

The kiddos have been knocking it out of the park the last couple days on 2 and 3hr trips! What a great way to introduce young kids ages 4-13 to saltwater fishing and just being on a boat. Most of these young kids are catching their first saltwater fish or first fish period. Coming to Panama City for summer vacation, book a kids trip and get yourselves on the water!

What does rainy, overcast conditions create? I recipe for some topwater smashes. Repeat clients were game to battle the downpours this morning. Had a lot of hits, swing and misses, but still connected on some for them to take home. This is the season to be weather aware and be ready for everything. Great day with great folks and can't wait for next year!

Had a decent 4hr trip yesterday with a great crew. Ryder, his dad, and grandpa were aboard to celebrate Ryder's 8th birthday. We got on a good bite early and then it tapered off. Thank you guys for another good day on the water with great company filled with a bunch of laughs!

Another good kids trip in the books for this this wonderful family! These kids trips are for creating memories with the littles on the water as well as seeing how they handle being on a boat fishing for the first time. I do my best to make sure fun with plenty of laughs is had by all on these trips. A few extra fish is just the icing on the cake. This family got to take home a few to eat and they didnt hesitate to send me pictures of their meal! I love it and I love what I do! These kids are the future, get them off their phones and tablets even if it is only for 2 or 3 hours.

After this morning's kid trips, i decided to go sight seeing and let me tell you it didn't disappoint! Tide was full and the fish were starving! Sight fisherman's dream and could have been a fly fisherman's too! If you like artificial lure fishing, covering ground, have good eyesight, and most importantly a good pair of polarized glasses, you need to get on the books while it's still somewhat cool. I have plenty of open dates over the next couple weeks so what are you waiting for!!!!

Little sight fishing adventure yesterday. Water is still clear even after all the rain and the fish were chewing. Not sure where these guys were on Saturday during the tournament, but that's just how it goes sometimes! I have plenty of openings until I go out of town June 5th. Let's get you on the books and enjoy some of this great inshore flats fishing we are having right now before it gets super hot!
