As families make their final decisions, we want you to know exactly what we’re building.

For our 13U and 14U players, our focus is development. These are some of the most important years in a young athlete’s baseball journey, and we’re committed to providing the instruction, competition, and environment needed to prepare players for high school baseball and beyond.

That development starts with an outstanding coaching staff. Sam Clement and Marquez “Quez” Oates will lead our younger teams, bringing high-level playing experience and a passion for teaching the game. They’ll be joined by Ron Savage, 5 Star Mafia Boys Southeast Area Director, and Bryan Normand, Head Baseball Coach at Bozeman High School. Together, they provide the instruction, accountability, and baseball knowledge that help players reach their potential.

For our high school players, our mission is to compete at the highest level while creating meaningful recruiting opportunities. We’ll continue seeking out top competition, helping athletes gain exposure, and guiding families through the recruiting process. Our schedule includes an event with 25 college coaches guaranteed to be in attendance, giving players an outstanding opportunity to be seen.

At Mafia Boys Southeast, we’re not just building teams—we’re developing players, building character, and preparing young men for the next level.

For our high school players, our mission continues to grow. We’ll keep seeking out the best competition available while helping our athletes gain exposure and navigate the recruiting process. Competing against quality opponents and preparing players for opportunities beyond high school will always be a priority. This will include 1 event that will have a guaranteed 25 colleges in attendance.

To new beginnings

As our summer season comes to a close, we’re excited to announce that August tryouts are just around the corner!

We’ve received a lot of questions about our 13U and 14U teams, and we’re proud to share our plans.

These pivotal age groups will be led by Sam Clement and Marquez “Quez” Oates. Both are local legends who starred right here in Bay County before continuing their playing careers at the University of West Florida and Troy University.

In addition, our 13U and 14U players will benefit from the experience and instruction of Ron Savage, Area Director for 5 Star, and Bryan Normand, Head Baseball Coach at Bozeman High School. Together, this staff is committed to developing players the right way and preparing them for success at the high school level and beyond.

Our high school teams will continue to receive elite instruction and player development from this outstanding group of coaches as well.

Last bracket play of the summer! Congratulations to both 15U teams on making the bracket play in the Perfect Game USA Hoover Classic. Both teams will be in action to at 12:40.
