We had a Fight Night Tuesday night. It was a good night and I think everyone learned a little something. OSU!

Tonight in class we honored Memorial Day. We did it in a way that was started by the CrossFit Community and has spread around the country since 2005. It is a workout called The Murph, in honor of Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy who gave his life in battle to save his men. The workout consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and another 1-mile run while wearing a weighted vest. Of course we adjusted it to fit the capabilities of our class. We are so proud of all five of our Brown Belts that tested for their 1st Degree Black Belt ranking this past weekend at the annual Summer Camp. They have all been working hard for this moment and they left it all out on the floor. Were mistakes made? Yes. But everyone, if they are honest with you and themselves, is going to make mistakes. No one is perfect. It is what you do with those mistakes that define you. Learn from them and do better. And I have no doubt that is what they will do. Make Effort And You Will Achieve. OSU!

This past Thursday we had a Kyu Belt ceremony. Congratulations to all who earned their new rank! We had a few missing that night. We did end the night with cookie cake, but like always, everyone had to do a circuit style workout before they got any cookie cake. It was a great night! OSU!

Hey Everyone. So today we moved into our new digs, pad, place, crib, roost, abode or whatever term they use these days. It is a lot larger and will allow us to break up the classes by rank and have plenty of room for that. We have plenty of room to grow. Classes will still be every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Come join us. We have students from 7 to 70 years old.

Hey Everyone! In a couple of weeks, we are going to have our annual Winter Camp. It is going to be on beautiful Pensacola Beach. Come join us for a good workout on the beach and a nice cooldown in the waters of the Gulf at the end of the day. OSU!

Hey Everyone. First off, we want to wish everyone a wonderful Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year. During this important holiday season, we close the Dojo so everyone can enjoy this time with family and friends. We will continue our regular class schedule beginning January 8th, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
