With Memorial Day fast approaching the Tyndall PT team completed a partner Murph this morning! You guys killed it!
Getting a little stronger every day!
325 MXS finishing up a good workout with a 400 meter over head plate walk today. Every break is 5 chest to plate pushups!
Come out and join us in the fight to a better YOU!
0650 at the base gym for Tyndall folks on Tuesdays and Thursdays and at Eglin we meet at our CSS squadron building on Mondays and Fridays 0650. Just one hour! Got kiddos about to be on summer break? Or spouses that want to get in better shape with you? Bring them out too! Workouts can easily be adjusted for anyone 12 and up!

Finishing up the day with “Lovely Day” shoulder presses! You think air is light? After about 35 reps gravity gets heavy!

(KBS=Kettlebell Swings)
(KB Curls=Kettlebell Curls)
If you don’t have a Kettlebell and you are working out at home you can supplement curls with your partner by your partner holding the ends of a towel pulling downward while you curl from the center upward. Supplement KBS with chair dips!
