CAT 5 Sports Facility

This comes at a delayed time. With World Series kicked off and the summer started we have expanded our hours for the month of June to start at 12p Monday-Friday.

We are missing the remote to one of our Hack Attack machines. If you accidentally took it home please return it.

Cat 5 Sports Facility will be closed Saturday and Sunday in observance of Easter.

Members with after-hours access and instructors will still be able to use the facility.

We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend filled with family, rest, and celebration! ✝️🌸

Yesterday, our first athlete stepped up and left a message for Coach Terrance. Coach Terrance and Phil had big plans to install a plyo wall at Cat 5 soon. Hearing plans for the future made our hearts swell with pride and sadness at the same time. The best part of this story is that this athlete's name is not actually Phil; Coach Terrance got his name wrong, and this athlete was too respectful to correct him, so at Cat 5, he will forever be known as Phil. And Phil agrees that that's the only way it should be. # 0 Forever 💜
