We have some exciting news! One Heart Yoga has had the honor of holding space for our yoga community through thick and thin, through a hurricane and pandemic, and now our little studio is ready to grow again.. We will be under new ownership, with our very own Amy McGuire at the helm. Amy is a huge advocate of yoga in our community and has been an instructor in Panama City/PCB for 7 years. She is delighted to usher in a new era for our studio as well as a new name -- One Heart Yoga will become "Balance Yoga & Lifestyle". This will be a dynamic, downtown studio, offering a full schedule, workshops, monthly memberships and more!

The studio will move back into the previous space next to History Class, opening very soon, so stay tuned for announcements! August will be the last month at the current One Heart location. And don't worry, all of our instructors will be continuing to teach as we transition into Balance Yoga & Lifestyle, with more to come! Please let us know if you have any questions, ideas or requests during this transition, and thank you from the bottom of our heart for your support. We love you, and we are excited for what's to come.. ❤️
