Our members brought the patriotic spirit to the Y this morning as they celebrated the 4th of July in DanceFit, BodyCombat, and BodyPump! From energetic dance moves to powerful punches and strong lifts, our group exercise community showed up decked out in red, white, and blue and ready to have fun.

⏰ Facility Hours: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
🚪 The facility will close at 1:00 PM so our staff can enjoy the holiday with their loved ones.

Our Small Group Strength Training for Youth (ages 11–14) is designed to help young athletes improve overall fitness while learning safe, proper technique in a positive and supportive environment.

We are loving watch our Monarch Sanctuary Garden grow! If you haven't already, pop out to the south side of the building to check it out!

Our garden is growing and thriving and we cannot wait to welcome monarch butterflies here next year!
