Hey everybody! I’ve been flying under the radar lately and I apologize for that. A new Granddaughter that I’m trying to see as much as I can before they move to AZ on Monday and these days it doesn’t seem like there are enough hours in a day!

EXCITING NEWS!

Starting Monday, 10/2, I will be back to Monday’s teaching pound! We are going to do a Ripstix Giveaway for the month of October! Attend any or all POUND classes (Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday) and send me a messenger message or you can post a pic of yourself either on this page or my personal page!

Good Monday morning! Don’t forget the August schedule has changed a bit. Some classes have changed times and days. Also Roni and I switched days so I am teaching Wednesday evening at 6:15ish. Roni will be there tonight at 6pm. Hope to see you Wednesday!
