Three years ago Sheepdog Fitness was born! As new business owners we had no idea what we were doing, but we knew what we were trying to build!

From day one our goal has been to create a space where people feel welcome, supported and accepted at every fitness level. We were looking to grow a community of people around fitness and friendships.

It has been our greatest honor to serve every person who has walked through our doors. Whether you were here for a day or you are a Sheepdog lifer - you mean everything to us.

To our members - thank you for supporting us and allowing us the space and grace to grow and learn. We promise to continually strive to make Sheepdog Fitness the best it can be! We have a lot of new ideas and surprises in the works for year four!
