We will have our Noon class as usual. The ladies self defense class and 6pm class are canceled.

Awesome women’s self-defense class with Coach James. These ladies put in the work to tonight learning the basic trap and roll to escape mount, how to stay punch safe from bottom guard and how to do a basic guard get up.
