Great Advice To Prepare Your Equine Athlete!🩵🩵

What things do you do to 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙋𝘼𝙍𝙀 your horse for success prior to competition? Drop your horses pre-competition routine below!

𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧…. 𝘽𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚.

Every time we can, our horses go on the salt spa… before I load to head out, they get on the spa.

Routine lameness exams, we have constant baselines on our horses. Bring them in even when they’re winning. Many of our clients have transitioned to this. You catch issues before they’re an even bigger issue.

Our horses loveeeeee their therapies… the Vsis, laser, cryo, equiscope, and sport innovations PEMF and massage, the list goes on! We pick and choose based on their current needs or issues.

We use a lot of liniments… I spray their bodies down before I load with our Stay Cool and I poultice their legs with Stay Tight 👊🏻

I’m big on nebulizing on the road as well… talk to Dr. Sharp about what your horses needs! I love our Neb mix and Alpha2EQ 👊🏻

And weekly… our horses all get an injectable joint health option. All of my running horses are on MultiVisk, our training horses are all on Joint Juice and Ozactin, and we will occasionally add in Renovo IV when needed for specific issues!

BIG TIME/ Hustlin' Events is now hiring hardworking, professional arena personnel for our Fall 2026, Winter 2026-27, and Spring 2027 event seasons in Wickenburg, Arizona/Morristown, Arizona.

We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, have a positive attitude, and are committed to helping deliver first-class events. Our goal is to build a team that works together, serves competitors with excellence, and represents the Big Time brand with professionalism.

Positions may include:
- Arena crew ( barrel setters)
- Gate personnel
- Office
