EVER NOTICE THIS?
The first few days of summer, kids feel free…
Then slowly, the screen takes over again.
Same chair. Same posture. Same endless scrolling.
And before you know it, the whole summer disappears into a screen.
But here’s what most people miss…
Kids don’t actually need “more activities.”
They need something that makes them forget the screen exists in the first place.
Something real. Something loud. Something fun.
That’s where things change.
Because the moment a kid is laughing with other kids, learning something new, moving their body, trying, failing, trying again…
They don’t ask for the phone.
They’re too busy living.
That’s why parents are choosing martial arts this summer.
Not because it’s “serious training”…
But because it feels like an adventure disguised as a class.
It’s energy. It’s movement. It’s confidence without them even realizing it’s building.
This summer, our MMA Camp (ages 6–12) gives kids a break from screens and throws them into something they actually want to do:
* Stand-up fighting: Boxing + Muay Thai
* Ground game: Jiu Jitsu + Wrestling
* Plus: games, teamwork, focus drills, and nonstop movement
CAMP DETAILS:
Camp 1: June 22 – June 25, 2026
Camp 2: August 3 – August 6, 2026
Monday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
✔ Snack provided
✔ Outdoor time included
✔ No gear needed
Because the goal isn’t just to “keep them busy” this summer.
It’s to give them a summer they actually remember.
