Fix Your Run is a very specialized fitness business that helps runners become faster and more bulletproof, that is, less prone to injury. Most clients come to me because they're either frustrated that they keep getting hurt or can't seem to get any faster no matter how hard they try. Still others want to do things right when they start out as a beginner and I save them from a lot of aggravation by providing my coaching services.

Coaching client Neal Ater in the news! He embodies running as a lifestyle and does it in Orlando where they have 7 months of summer🥵. Wasn’t always this way, as you’ll learn. We’ve been working together for almost 5 years and he is running faster than ever - at 72!

Pleasure to work with and educate the awesome athletes from the Philadelphia Triathlon Club! Look for them to crush it in 2022!

Offseason skills clinics for PTC members continue! Last night a group met up with John Goldthorp at Fix Your Run to better understand running movement and drills to work on to help encourage better running mechanics. The goal is to run more efficiently and be less susceptible to injury. Thanks to John for hosting.

Before we crush the most epic race weekend ever (Baltimore + Chicago + Boston Marathons, and locally the Broad Street Run) give it up for Michael Fontes, Hilary Shirazi (PR!), and Suzanne Koonce (6th AG, PR!) who crushed the London Marathon! 👏👏🙌🙌

When one of these four is your coaching client🤯

(Who, unfortunately, has to miss the race this year due to a hamstring injury 😢, but don’t worry, he’s on the comeback trail)

Still, please cheer for these other age group -stars as they compete in the World Age Group Championships at the London Marathon!

Shout out to these amazing coaching clients who crushed it this past weekend! 👏🏆👏

- Coleen Wright finished her first 50K trail race (longest run before we met in Feb was 16 miles)
- Dorcas Huang set a [huge] PR and won the women’s race at the Saucony mile
- Rachel Sandler was 2nd, only a few strides behind, and met her season goal in only her 2nd race
- John Flexner knocked out an unsupported 100K on the trails of Wissahickon Park in Philly
- Michael Fontes finished 1st AG at the Anchorage Marathon in Alaska
- David Lynn finished 3rd AG at Grandma’s Marathon in Duluth, MN
- Rest? No. Gene D***s enjoyed a 100 miler in Ohio only a week after setting a WR in the 50K
