Unfortunately, The Mountain Meltdown has ceased event operations as of 12/31/2019.

I want to thank ALL of you for support and encouragement the past 6 years. The blood, sweat, and tears that you all gave on the course and as volunteers will leave my bucket full for years to come.

This is when you know it's steep enough for us. When looking up the hill after workout 1 you lose site of people and crane your neck. Uffda.

It's Fall! Time to dust off the long sleeves and headbands. We are scraping the bottom of the swag barrel - Shirts for $9, Vests for $30, and patches for $1. Help me get my car in the garage before winter!
