We added a new abdominal select rise machine to Park Hills location. This is one of my personal favorites🖤
With all of the free weight, select rise and ab equipment moving back this way soon it was not placed with the other ab machines.

We are pleased to share some progress updates with before and after pictures of our Park Hills location. Our projects are advancing steadily, and we invite you to share our page with your family and friends to keep them informed. Significant announcements are coming soon for three of our four locations. As you can see, painting is still in progress at Park Hills. We appreciate your patience as we manage multiple projects and daily tasks that are currently consuming most of our time. Thank you!
