I ran 6.2 miles this morning, which was really enjoyable although there was a strong wind.

I finished up with two core exercises and some stretches.

A quick announcement, too, that I'm no longer working as an online running coach / personal trainer. I'm keen to focus my energies going forward on my art business. A huge thank you to Team RunRun for welcoming me to their roster of coaches a year ago and for all the help they gave me in pursuing my run coaching business!

I ran 8.5 miles yesterday morning. It was super windy when I started but the wind diminished somewhat and it turned into a beautiful morning. It was so awesome to see some Spring flowers too! 🌺

I finished off with two core exercises and some stretches.

Fantastic (and quite tough!) class LifeTime.Life yesterday morning!

I really enjoyed this 8.2 mile run this morning. It was quite warm out there today, even though you can see in my photos that there are a few patches of snow still lingering in shady areas.

After my run I did two core exercises and then my stretches.

It was great to get some strength work done yesterday morning with a GTX class at LifeTime.Life (with a five minute warm-up walk on the treadmill beforehand).
