NEW WOMEN ONLY CLASS STARTS THIS WEEK!
All new GBF class every Wednesday at 7 PM.
Women and teen girls are welcome to join us at no cost for the month of March. No experience is necessary; just wear your favorite workout gear and join us on the mats.

GB Parker is having a Belt Promotion Ceremony on Saturday January 20. The following is a breakdown of the event schedule.

10 to 11 am -- GBK Special Class (LC1, LC2 & JR)

*** TC, please arrive at 10:45 for a game on the mat before our ceremony and group pictures***

11 am -- Belt Ceremony

11:30 am -- ALL GYM group pictures MUST BE IN YOUR FULL UNIFORM

Noon -- Adult & Teen Open Mat

Our neighbor Barnett & Son has graciously offered space for us to have an indoor potluck lunch. Starting at 11 am before the group picture, people can drop off their food for all to enjoy. We will have the space reserved until 2 pm, but you can stay longer! There will be staff available to purchase sodas or adult beverages.
