Good morning HSR!! Waste Management has updated their schedule and they plan to come back to the neighborhood for trash pickup today (1/27) between 6-9a. Please leave your bins out so they can complete pick-up.

Note that recycling was picked up per schedule yesterday (Monday 1/26).

THANK YOU to all the neighbors who either attended our January Board Meeting in person, or turned in their proxy forms - we met quorum and were able to host the meeting! Here's your January Horseshoe Ridge Happenings!

As of yesterday, the Association has 49 proxies submitted.
To officially hold the Annual Meeting, we must reach quorum, which requires 65 proxies.

Submitting a proxy is extremely important. Without quorum, the meeting cannot be held, which delays Association business and may require rescheduling.

You may notice snow markers placed throughout the community. These markers help our snow removal crews clearly identify sidewalks, curbs, and other key areas when snow starts to fall.

Please do not remove or move these markers, they’re an important part of making sure the community’s snow removal is done safely and efficiently.
