Since 1965, the Parsippany PAL has provided children with sports, educational programs, and community events.

Through fundraising and partnerships, we create opportunities that foster teamwork, leadership, and personal growth for our youth. The purposes of the Parsippany PAL, in close cooperation with the Parsippany-Troy Hills Youth Services Section of the Parsippany Police Department, are:

To promote and advance generally the needs and welfare of youth without regard to race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, or national origin; To foster and encourage in the youth of the community a spirit of loyalty and faith in American traditions and institutions; To participate actively in constructive movements and endeavors for the promotion and safeguarding of the interests and general welfare of the youth of the community; To cultivate and improve the moral and civic standards of the youth of the community; To provide a safe and productive environment where the youth of the community can enjoy educational, social and athletic activities under competent supervision; To further promote clean sportsmanship and good citizenship among boys and girls of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills.

TRAVEL BASKETBALL IS BACK IN PARSIPPANY!

The Parsippany PAL is excited to officially introduce the Parsippany Panthers Travel Basketball Program!

We’re proud to sponsor and bring travel basketball back home to Parsippany, giving our young athletes another opportunity to play, develop, compete, and represent their community.

The Panthers are about more than basketball. Our program will focus on developing players on the court while building discipline, teamwork, confidence, character, and community off the court.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO KEYS KOFFEE!

The Parsippany PAL is incredibly grateful to Keys Koffee for their generous $5,000 donation to the PAL!

Their support goes beyond the donation. Keys Koffee has also installed a True Cold Brew Nitro Infused coffee kiosk right here at the Parsippany PAL, giving our parents, coaches, staff, and visitors a convenient way to grab fresh coffee while they’re in the building.

A first round Brewers pick is signing autographs in Parsippany next month.

Andrew Fischer, the Brick Township native Milwaukee took 20th overall in 2025, is at the Morris County Card Show inside the Parsippany PAL on Friday, October 2 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The show runs Friday night and again all day Saturday, and autograph spots have to be reserved ahead of time.

We’re excited to host two incredible events bringing businesses, nonprofits, community leaders, and Morris County residents together right here at the PAL.

Nonprofit Power Day — October 8 at 12 PM
A day focused on helping nonprofits grow stronger through funding, leadership, cybersecurity, resilience, and valuable connections. Lunch will be served!

Morris County Business Expo — October 21 from 6–8 PM
Come connect with businesses and professionals from throughout Morris County, discover new products and services, and expand your network. Admission is FREE for Morris County residents!
