Happy National Coaches Day to my Father! 💜🥎

Being able to work beside you at Miss K’s Pitching & More LLC means so much to me. Thank you for the time you put into our girls, for helping them build confidence, and for always supporting me.

That block she used to hesitate on? Now she’s going after it.

That’s why we keep working so she can take what she learns in lessons into the game.

Ready to help your catcher grow? Message us to book! 💜

Watching this girl grow as a pitcher has been something special! 🥎💜

What once took so much thought is starting to click, and you can see her trusting herself more with every pitch. Behind that progress are plenty of reps, frustrating moments, and a whole lot of determination.

It hasn’t happened overnight, but her hard work is showing—and I’m so proud of how far she’s come! Keep working, kid. You’ve got more in you! 🔥

When she wants it THAT bad… 🥎🔥

Straight from school ➡️ straight to pitching lessons — school uniform and all.💜

No time to change. No excuses. She just wanted to WORK.

That kind of dedication is something you can’t teach. When an athlete is hungry to get better, willing to show up, and excited to put in the reps… you know something special is being built. 👏

Keep showing up, kid. The work WILL show. 💪🥎

More Reps. More Confidence. More Results.💜

What didn’t work this weekend? THAT’S what we’re working on. 🥎🔥

Games show us what needs work. Lessons give us the time to break it down, make adjustments, and get the reps in so we’re better prepared the next time we step in the circle. 💜

A pitch didn’t hit its spot? Movement wasn’t there? Confidence was off? We work on it. We don’t avoid it.👏

That’s how pitchers grow — game ➡️ adjust ➡️ work ➡️ improve.

More Reps. More Confidence. More Results. 💜🥎

ONE YEAR. A WHOLE DIFFERENT PITCHER. 🔥🥎

The reps are SHOWING. The confidence is DIFFERENT. The work is PAYING OFF. 💪💜

This is what TRUSTING THE PROCESS looks like.

Don’t stop. Don’t rush it. KEEP WORKING. 😤🔥

More Reps. More Confidence. More Results.

THIS is why we put in the reps. 🥎🔥

Learning a new pitch doesn’t happen overnight. It takes repetition, adjustments, patience, and a whole lot of “let’s try it again.”

And then… IT CLICKS. 👏💜

Seeing a pitcher finally get a pitch she’s been working on is one of the BEST parts of lessons. That smile when she realizes, “Wait… I just did that!”🙌

We’re not chasing perfection — we’re building mechanics, confidence, consistency, and pitchers who understand what their body is doing.

More Reps. More Confidence. More Results. 💜🥎

POV: You record your daily life every day… but your daily life is basically SOFTBALL. 🥎💜

Lessons. Reps. Laughs. Dirt. Long days. Big wins. And watching these athletes grow a little more confident every single day.

Some days it’s pitching. Some days it’s catching. Some days it’s just showing up and putting in the work.

Wouldn’t trade this life for anything. 💜
