Lower body exercise, mainly focusing on the glutes, choose a good weight that you'll be able to control throughout the whole motion

Lateral and Frontal Raises
shoulder workout, one tip I forgot to mention is use a good light weight and I usually do this at the same time for one set with 10-15 reps for each, so anywhere from 20-30 reps whole

Great warm-up for your legs, good to help your glutes perform and engage better while doing any type of squats and deadlifts
