Please wear a mask and maintain social distance of course! It feels sooooo good to be outside with others doing yoga and after class there’s a 99.9% chance that you’ll feel better than before you stepped on your mat. Give your mind and intellect a rest. Drop deep into your heart. Move with your souls purpose and allow the B.S. to naturally cease to exist. Awakening Flows are intended to get you to where you want to be.
