Hey, I’m Needah and founder of Wild Heart Mamas. I am passionate about supporting mothers by building communities and promoting wellness. I strive to show mothers they can have happiness and calm while having children. I am a therapist and then became a mama to the two most energetic boys. I am currently a full time Wild Heart Mama. I look forward to going back to work exclusively with mothers. We have numerous meet ups at the park, the weekly Wednesday at Lacy Park in San Marino, weekend family meets, coffee meets, moms night, and more! They are a great place to meet, unwind, and share knowledge with other mothers. Please check my instagram for updates.
