First off, I know this topic has been talked about a lot. I know the Hailey Bieber Pilates clip has gone viral, and yes… I’m adding my two cents. 😅
But hear me out.
I’d genuinely love to know what YOU think the solution is.
As a Pilates community, where do we go from here? What do we need more of? Better education? Mentorship? Clearer pathways for new instructors? More support? Less noise?
After 30+ years in this industry, I’ve seen Pilates evolve in incredible ways. I’ve also seen how overwhelming it can be for new instructors—and even for experienced instructors who are feeling burnt out, stuck, or simply craving more direction.
The reason I’m asking is because I’m currently working on something I’m really excited about. 🤫
Let’s just say it’s designed to help newer instructors—and those looking to reconnect with their teaching—find more clarity, confidence, and purpose.
