Spring doesn’t just change the weather—it changes behavior.

A moment that stayed with me from Saturday's event – CoreSpring® Spine & Strength Reset
Teaching at the SCW Mania Active Aging Summit to a room of people who, as far as I know:
• had never used CoreSpring®�• had never experienced the apparatus�• and, had never met me
And still—within minutes—I could see it:
the moment when the body reorganizes…�and people realize the movements are creating a new experience - it doesn’t have to feel so hard.
There was a question that brought everything into focus:
“Can I just use a band instead?”
And I shared a story.
One morning, I was about to teach my online live 8AM class and realized I had left all of my CoreSpring apparatus in my car for an event.
So I grabbed a band and taught the entire class with it instead.
And it was eye-opening.
The band felt like a faint version of resistance.
It made me work harder…�but not more intelligently.
It felt clunky.
Because the band asks you to work it.
