Who's you favorite Power Ranger??? We know times are tough with the current social distance order and closure of gyms. We miss our gym squad as much as you do. TAG your gym buddies, swole mates, and workout partners.
During this time of crisis and uncertainty it is important to take necessary precautions. As of now we are currently keeping Hybrid Fitness OPEN to our 1 on 1 personal training clients and friends/fit family. However, we are NOT open for public gym use this is strictly a by appointment private training basis. Please email [email protected] or DM us for more details.
Clients take extreme sanitary measures. Hands must be washed before and after gym use. Weights and equipment need to be sprayed and cleaned before and after use. And of course if you are experiencing symptoms STAY HOME.
