🥑 Self-Care Sunday: Avocado Toast with a Twist! 🥑

Taking care of yourself means nourishing your body with food that fuels you! This Sunday, treat yourself to a quick and healthy breakfast that’s as delicious as it is nutritious. Here’s our ultimate twist on the classic avocado toast:

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe avocado
• 2 slices of whole-grain bread 🍞
• 1 poached egg 🥚
• Cherry tomatoes 🍅
• Fresh arugula 🌿
• A sprinkle of red pepper flakes 🌶️
• A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
• Sea salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:
1 Toast the whole-grain bread until golden and crispy.
2 Mash the avocado in a bowl, adding a pinch of sea salt and black pepper for flavor.
3 Spread the avocado mixture evenly on each slice of toast.
