We are Caltech's Formula SAE team. Competing in the 2021 FSAE Electric Competition, this is our 4th year of competition.
Founded in 2014 by seven Caltech alumni, Caltech Racing strives to showcase the interdisciplinary collaboration emphasized here at Caltech. Last week Caltech Racing competed in the Formula SAE Electric Competition in Lincoln, NE for the 3rd time! Here are some notable highlights:
- Our car passed the Accumulator, Electrical, and Mechanical Technical Inspections for the first time in Caltech Racing history.
- This year our team scored more points than we ever have before.
- We placed 2nd in the Sales Presentation event.
- We placed 22nd overall despite not being able to participate in the dynamic events.
