If you are ready to get fit and healthy !!! Offering personal training sessions and One hour of full All levels of fitness are welcome.
Personal training sessions are 60 minutes with nutritional guidance. Group class is an hour of full body workout in a group setting. We use various different moves and techniques to get great results. The class is good for anyone that is willing to work hard and have fun at the same time. We cover cardio, strength training and core exercises.
