Here’s a look into our kids classes. We teach anti bullying techniques, agility training, and self defense techniques. Over time when the skills are better understood, they begin to do light sparing under strict and safe supervision. Our academy is so blessed to have 2 great black belts, and a third black belt who comes in to train with us. The students learn so much in a single round when rolling, the size, speed and style of each black belt is so different. One thing always for sure, these guys don’t come in to punish the lower belts. Help and guidance is always given and then maybe a lil punishment. The main goal here is to learn and become technical in our technique. Come check out a class and see what we are talking about.
