On Saturday, September 12th we are participating in Fitness For Hope weekend. This is an international movement where fitness studios around the world come together to move for mental health, remember those we’ve lost, and inspire hope.

We hope you will join us for our regular class schedule. All 3 morning classes are donation based, $10 each of $25 to attend all three. Cash only!
Proceeds will go to Alliance of Hope. 💜
