Not because we’re lazy, but because we repeat the same patterns without understanding them. We set goals based on who we want to be, not on what actually worked (or didn’t) in the past.

Monterey and Santa Cruz was magical. Can't wait to revisit.
Santa Cruz + Monterey = free coastal AC ❄️🌊
Instead of roasting like rotisserie chickens, we enjoyed sea breezes, delicious snacks, and OTTERS!! Which honestly looked more relaxed than we did. Highly recommend trading beads of sweat for a cool ocean breeze. And did we mention OTTERS!

When it’s over 90 degrees 🥵out and your AC is giving up faster than your motivation on leg day, there’s only one thing to do—cold plunge like your life depends on it.
Besides the glorious shock to your system and the involuntary dolphin squeal you let out, cold plunging in the heat is actually a power move.
It boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, speeds up recovery, sharpens your focus, and it simply just makes me feel good (like.. 30 mins afterwards). It’s like espresso for your whole body.. but colder, wetter, and with slightly more screaming.
Embrace the chill—your body and brain will thank you eventually. 🥶🛁🔥

Before back squat: feeling happy.
During back squat: questioning my entire existence mid-rep, welcome to the club.

🚨BREAKING NEWS: After months of wobbling, groaning, and mental warfare, she's pistol squatting low.
Let’s be real — this wasn’t an overnight success.
It took:
✅ Hamstring bribes
✅ Quad therapy
✅ Balance battles
✅ A few dramatic floor collapses
✅ And the occasional “WHY AM I DOING THIS TO MYSELF?!”
But she kept showing up, kept putting in the hard work, and that's why she hit that pistol squat like a boss.
