Eat to live ...Not to die
Avoid processed, junk, and false foods no matter how delicious and healthy the packaging tells you they are. This also goes for fruits and vegetables poisoned with pesticides, picked long before ready, sometimes even coloured, and then displayed beautifully for purchase. Choose foods that more closely align with your energy and trust your intuition as you shop. The sky is not going to fall down if you eat something of a lower resonance, but you will feel better and your energy will be supported when you choose higher resonating foods.

We already know they are high in antioxidant anthocyanins and are linked to decreased oxidative stress, but this recent research set out to see how wild blueberries impact fat oxidation (the process of breaking down fats) during moderate-intensity exercise.

This is just another reason among many to eat your blueberries daily. I recommend having about half a cup of berries a day.
