Body recomposition 12 month progress πŸ“†

The first row is body weight in pounds βš–οΈ
The second row is muscle mass in pounds πŸ’ͺ🏼
The third row is body fat percentage %

The first column was measured in December 2024 and the last was measured Decemer 2025, one year apart

This is to show that in order for it to be sustainable, you have to be patient. My goal has been to lose body fat while maintaining muscle mass πŸ“‰

I've lost over 3% body fat and have actually gained about half a pound of muscle mass. It might not look like much, but it's a huge accomplishment πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

All of this has been done by changing my eating habits and sticking with a solid nutrition plan.

Body recomposition is possible at any age, as long as you're willing to put in the work.

Scale weight βš–οΈ vs. Body composition πŸ’ͺ🏼

This needs to be talked about more πŸ—£οΈ

STOP OBSESSING OVER THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE πŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

60% of the human body is water πŸ’¦ Therefore most weight fluctuation is water 🀯

If you look at the two photos above ⬆️ I look exactly the same πŸ“Έ but I'm 2 pounds heavier today than I was 11 days ago

In the past that would've made me lose my πŸ’© and derail my progress by not trusting the process πŸ“

I ate a giant bowl of Pho 🍜 for dinner the other night. For those of you that arent familiar, it's a sodium enriched, noodle soup πŸ˜‹

My body is holding on to extra water weight and its totally normal πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

My muscle mass and fat mass haven't changed (I have a scale that measures these metrics), so im not phased by the weight gain πŸ€™πŸΌ

I'm sharing this because I understand the pressures we put on ourselves, and we need to be kind to our self-worth πŸ™πŸΌ

Being that the exercises taught are easily accessible, all levels are welcome to join. Anyone from the beginner to the advanced individual can participate. Each series of exercises are designed to have regressions as well as progressions for anyone looking to perform at any level.

Nutrition is a big role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Guidelines in regards to meal plans are available on a request basis. Each workout is catered to the individual client with the client's goals and needs in mind. Workouts will incorporate strength training as well as metabolic conditioning to emphasize body fat loss and overall toning.

I train out of trainer-only gyms in the Pasadena and San Marino.

No membership fees are required, and you have full access to all equipment without the crowds of your standard chain gyms. Extra perks included are a spot-free and clean environment, filtered water and clean towels.
