The afternoon kicks off with Jeremiah in the shot put. He comes into the weekend with our highest seed and looks to capitalize on that. He throws at 1:00.

The morning continues with Kendall throwing the javelin. Her competition starts at 10:00am.

Competition Day ✌🏻 starts early this morning with the pair of Phillip and Alyssa. We kick off at 9:15 with the Unified Shot Put and then again at 11:15 with the 100m dash.
