2025 Food/Non-Alcoholic Beverage Concessions Request for Proposals

The City of Pasco is seeking qualified Vendors/Firms registered in the State of Washington to provide Food/Non-Alcoholic Beverage Concession services.

Concession services are desired at various City of Pasco locations including, the Pasco Sporting Complex-Softball Facility, the Pasco Sporting Complex-Soccer Facility, Memorial Aquatic Park, Rd 36 Soccer, and A Street Sporting Complex. Qualified concessionaires may submit proposals for one or more of the desired locations.

The term of each Concession Services agreement is anticipated to cover the 2025 season with option to extend for up to four (4) additional years.

For consideration, Vendors/Firms are required to submit an electronic copy of their Proposal up to the hour of 2:00pm PST, Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Proposal submittals shall be transmitted to [email protected] with a maximum size of 20mb. Proposals will not be opened until after date and time listed for submittal.
