Tomorrow is the Serotonin Edition.

If you've been meaning to register and haven't yet - here's the honest pitch:

This is not a resilience seminar. It's not a mindset reset. It's 75 minutes with Kimberly Jürgen and Cara Jean Wilson explaining what your nervous system has actually been doing, why it responds the way it does, and what inputs your specific wiring needs to find its way back to steady.

You'll leave with:

The gut-brain axis science that explains why generic advice hasn't stuck
Language for what you've been experiencing (it matters more than it sounds)

One concrete experiment to run before the weekend
Your Workbook + Myth Debunk Cheat Sheet, available immediately

$23. Replay included. VIP Sprint available Friday–Sunday for those who want to go deeper.

Show up however you show up. Kimberly's first instruction is to let your shoulders drop a little. We'll take it from there.

Two Days.

I want to tell you something about who this event is for - because I've seen some version of this person in almost every room we've built.

She manages. She shows up. She hits her deadlines and supports her team and handles the thing and then goes home and lies on the floor for twenty minutes because she is completely depleted and has no idea why.

She has tried the routines. She has done the breathwork. She has read the books. And there's always a gap between understanding what she's supposed to do and actually feeling different.

That gap has a biological explanation.

Tomorrow we explain it. And we give you one thing - one body-based experiment - to close it even a little.

The SLC6A4 gene codes for the serotonin transporter.

Short-allele variants - carried by a significant portion of neurodivergent people - create a nervous system that is more reactive to environmental stress. More attuned to social threat and safety signals. More affected by comparison, hierarchy cues, and unpredictability.

It was historically described as a vulnerability.

The more recent framing: it's a design spec. One that, without the right context and support, produces exhaustion and overwhelm. With the right context? It produces leaders with exceptional emotional intelligence, precision in reading people, and the kind of attunement that generic coaching never quite captures.

The issue has never been the sensitivity. The issue is that most professional environments were not designed with this nervous system in mind — and most professional development content wasn't written for it either.

That's what we're addressing on May 27.

For neurodivergent entrepreneurs and leaders who are done being told their system is the problem.

Can I offer you a different word for "too sensitive"?

Highly attuned.

There's a gene called SLC6A4, known as the serotonin transporter gene.
Many neurodivergent people carry a variant that makes their nervous system more reactive to their social environment. More responsive to stress signals. More affected by things like comparison, unpredictability, and the felt sense of not belonging.

For decades, that was described as a vulnerability.

And here's the fuller picture: that same variant, in a supportive environment, produces people with extraordinary emotional intelligence. The ability to read a room before anyone else can name what's happening. Deep empathy. Relational precision. The kind of attunement that makes you an exceptional leader and a person others trust.

It's not a defect. It's a design spec that has been running without a manual.

The reason generic resilience advice keeps not quite working isn't that you're doing it wrong. It's that it was written for a different nervous system than yours.

On May 27 we're writing the manual.

What's the piece of generic advice that has never made sense for your system? Drop it below. 👇

05/20/2026

Have you ever felt like you have all the pieces, but the picture still isn’t clear? 🧩

We spend so much time talking about how to start - the excitement of a new project, the rush of a big goal, that initial spark of initiation.
AND, what happens two weeks later when the "newness" wears off?

Lately, we’ve been hearing from many of you that the struggle isn't a lack of ideas or even a lack of drive. It’s a feeling of being "shaky" underneath the surface.

It’s that subtle sense of overwhelm that makes even the best plan feel like a heavy lift...
If you’re feeling more "unsteady" than "uninspired," you’re not alone.

We’re exploring a new way to look at how our internal systems actually handle the weight of our ambitions.

Something steadier is coming:

Dopamine starts. Serotonin sustains. 🔄

If you’ve been running on the "Dopamine High" of your Q1 goals, you might be feeling the fade. That’s because Dopamine is great for the sprint, but it’s terrible for the marathon.

We’re officially opening the bridge to the NeuroSpicy OS: Serotonin Edition.
What changed?

Q1 (Dopamine): Focus on initiation, excitement, and "The Spark."
Q2 (Serotonin): Focus on steadiness, regulating pressure, and "The Glow."

If you have the first piece, you need the second to keep the system running.

📅 Save the Date: May 27, 2026
📍 The Mission: Move from overwhelm to steady confidence.

It’s Not Just in Your Head... It’s Your OS. 💻✨

Remember the energy from our Q1 Dopamine session?
It was all about hitting "Go." But if you’ve found yourself staring at your to-do list this month feeling like the "Go" button is stuck, you aren't broken - you’re just missing the next piece of the system.

The NeuroSpicy OS is a series for a reason.
Dopamine starts the fire.
Serotonin keeps it burning without burning you out.

We are moving from the "Design Spec" of how you start to the "Body Knows" reality of how you finish. Join Kimberly Jürgen and Cara Jean Wilson on May 27th for the Serotonin Edition.

Let’s turn that Q1 momentum into Q2 mastery.

05/17/2026

Why do we start strong but burn out or stall? 🧠

In the NeuroSpicy OS: Dopamine Edition, you felt that spark. You got the "engine" started.
And as many of our community members have asked: Why does confidence fluctuate under pressure?

Dopamine is the ignition, but Serotonin is the stabilizer.

Think of your brain like a high-performance vehicle.
Q1 was about the fuel and the speed.
Q2 is about the suspension and the steering.

Without the Serotonin upgrade, that Dopamine drive often leads straight to a crash.

We’re bridging the gap between "starting" and "sustaining."

The NeuroSpicy OS: Serotonin Edition goes live on May 27th. It’s the necessary update to your internal operating system.
